About FLARRE.AI

The filing describes FLARRE.AI as an agentic AI platform purpose-built for insurance, with a suite of AI agents for software development lifecycle (SDLC) work across core insurance platforms. Wipro said these help carriers speed up implementation and deployment across product launches, expansions, upgrades and migrations.

Its Insurance Native Agentic Orchestration Platform combines an insurance knowledge graph with an Enterprise AI Control plane, Wipro said. It embeds agentic intelligence into underwriting, claims and other workflows across the insurance value chain. The filing states that the company is recently incorporated and that financial figures for previous years are not available.

FLARRE.AI announced general availability of its platform in August, and said it has been deployed by more than six insurance carriers across North America, APAC and ANZ. The company is based in Tampa, Florida, and says insurers can bring their own large language models and hyperscalers. In June, it launched BA Agents, a product that converts business requirements into structured outputs such as user stories, data models and API contracts for property and casualty system projects. These figures are company claims and were not part of Wipro’s filing.

Wipro’s insurance push

The stake follows another insurance-focused transaction earlier this year. In June, Wipro said it would raise its holding in Tampa-based Aggne Global, a property and casualty IT services provider, by 20 percentage points for USD 28.5 million in cash. That took its holding to 80%, after Wipro acquired 60% in February 2024 for USD 66 million.
